Dragonite helped out Nate in his Team Rocket times a lot since she was one of his many strong pokemon.

Pikachu was a stolen pokemon that doesn't completely trust Nate.

Gyarados (male)
Gyarados was another stolen pokemon, but he trusts Nate since when he got Gyarados, that was the last time he was in Team Rocket n' 'cause Nate got him to become a Gyarados.

Gastly (female)
Gastly was an abandoned pokemon that followed Nate due to him helping out a town of ghost pokemon n' her friends.

Geodude (male)
Geodude was a helper of a mining area that was under attack by team rocket, but Nate stopped them n' Geodude joined his party.
